Every Stoned piece carries with it our commitment to quality and beauty. As part of our dedication to you, we offer a complimentary restoration service for items within six months of purchase. And for those timeless pieces that have been with you beyond that? We're still here for you, offering our expert restoration at a nominal fee.
How it Works:
- Reach Out: Send us an email at hi@stonedjewelry.com with the subject line "Jewel Revival Request".
- Include Proof: Kindly attach the original purchase receipt to your email. This verifies the authenticity of your Stoned Jewelry piece and helps us cater to your request more efficiently.
- Assessment: Once we receive your piece, our team of artisans will assess its condition and determine the best restoration techniques.
- Service Details: For pieces that tarnish or lose their color within 6 months of purchase, our restoration is free. Beyond the 6-month mark, we continue to offer our Jewel Revival service at a nominal cost.

Our Jewel Revival service is available only for pieces purchased after 1st November 2023.
